As a coastal city, the Club was proud to get behind DV8 Malibu Riders Shellharbour Inc and support the family orientated surfing club.
For over 30 years the not-for-profit sporting group has held an annual Surf Competition ‘The Banana Classic’ which attracts competitors from all over Australia to our local area. The Shellharbour Club was happy to provide financial assistance to the group to assist in the realisation of the surfing competition which not only keeps locals fit, healthy and water safe but also attracts tourists to beautiful Shellharbour.
