All your reservable tables are taken. What can we do?
Our venue has ample seating so in the case that the reservable tables are limited, don’t fret, we still have plenty of seating available and we welcome groups of any size to walk in. 

We have a small group of less than 10 people. Are we able to book?
Yes, we now take bookings for groups of all sizes! 

What areas are we able to book?
We take bookings in selected areas of the club during outlet opening hours, including Fiftysix Dining, Fiftysix Dining Terrace and Precinct.

Why can’t I make a booking?
We accept bookings up to 31 days in advance for lunch and dinner. If you are looking to make a same-day booking, please contact our reception team, who will do their best to accommodate you.

Will all my guests be seated on one table?
If you’re dining as a large group, the booking may be made across two smaller tables. However, these tables will always be in close proximity to each other to ensure you can dine as a group.

I’m celebrating a special occasion. Do you have any offers for group bookings?

Yes! Customers who make a new booking for 20 or more guests in Precinct during July and August will receive a complimentary $30 Celebration Cake Voucher from our local cake partner, Sweets & Treats by S&J. It’s our way of helping make your winter catch-up a little sweeter.

How do I redeem my Celebration Cake Voucher?

Once your qualifying booking has been confirmed, you’ll receive a separate email with your unique Celebration Cake Code and redemption instructions. Simply contact Sweets & Treats by S&J at least 7 days prior to your booking, quote your code and choose one (1) small cake from the eligible cake categories. If you’d like to personalise or upgrade your cake, additional charges may apply and are payable directly to Sweets & Treats by S&J.

How do I cancel my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled via your confirmation email up to 12 hours in advance. If your booking is within 12 hours, please contact our reservations team to cancel.
