All your reservable tables are taken. What can we do?
Our venue has ample seating and only a small portion of tables are allocated for reservations (less than 25%). As such, if the reservable tables are limited, don’t fret, we still have plenty of seating available and we welcome groups of any size to walk in. 

We have a small group of less than 10 people. Are we able to book?
We only take bookings for groups of 10 or more to ensure we can best accommodate everyone. However, we have plenty of seating available throughout the venue and welcome you and your guests to simply walk in when you’re ready.

What areas are we able to book?
We take bookings in selected areas of the club during outlet opening hours, including Fiftysix Dining, Fiftysix Dining Terrace and Precinct.

Why can’t I make a booking?
We accept bookings up to 31 days in advance for lunch and dinner. If you are looking to make a same-day booking, please contact our reception team, who will do their best to accommodate you.

Will all my guests be seated on one table?
Due to the size of the bookings, at times the booking will be made across two smaller tables. However, these tables will always be in close proximity to each other to ensure you can dine as a group.

How do I cancel my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled via your confirmation email up to 12 hours in advance. If your booking is within 12 hours, please contact our reservations team to cancel.
