The Shellharbour Club is governed by a set of policies that help make this a welcoming and safe place for all. We believe in being transparent at all times, so you’ll be able to find them all here in one place.

Constitution

A complete copy of the Shellharbour Workers’ Club Ltd Constitution has been made available online for all members.

Dress code

The CEO or his/her representatives has the authority to reject a member or their guest if, in their opinion, their dress is not acceptable in any Club area.

  • Clothing, shoes including thongs to be neat, tidy and presentable.  
  • Outlaw gangs (biker gangs) colours; clothing, jewellery and/or accessories are not permitted within licensed premises.
  • Any headwear is acceptable with the exception of helmets.
  • Footwear must remain on at all times.
  • Clothing must not feature any offensive language, slogans or images.
  • Other dress regulations may apply at management’s discretion.

visitors

Any person residing within the 5km radius of the Club are no longer required to be signed in as a guest or become a member of The Shellharbour Club.

All visitors who are not members are still required to sign in as clubs are required to collect certain information from visitors, and guests of members entering clubs.

All identification and entry requirements must be met prior to entry.
